I have not seen anything on this so I think that it does not exist, but are there any HQ synths when crafting like in Final Fantasy?
No there aren't. The closest thing is stuff like wildvine armor, which has a random enchant on it. I personally think this is a good thing- HQ is just another type of grind, you end up wasting tons of material and time hoping for a HQ.
