Hey was just wanting some info on how you become able to transmute the good stuff like one type of essence to another.
Is there a quest involved? Just get lucky at the AH? Drops in high lvl instance?
I have been looking for Transmute Essence of Water to Essence of Air for like 2 weeks at the AH with no luck

One or two are drops, the rest are bought off of high end NPCs that you have to do quests and gain high faction reputation to buy from.
