Horde AxesmithFollow

Folks,

I have looked all over the internet and am at a stand still. I have finished all of the Artisan Blacksmithing and chosen Weaponsmith and have all of the blue weapon plans (Blight, Truesilver Champion, et.)from Orgrimmar. I am now looking to specialize into Axesmith. The only hint I found to doing this was a quest from a Troll in Winterspring who wants me to go into Blackrock Spire and kill my way to a 61 Elite and take her out as well. Is this truly the way to become an Axesmith or am I missing something?
