Crafting tools for guild ?Follow

Hi,

Does anybody know if tools that help a guild to manage its crafters exist ?

For example, a tool that could get in real-time the different crafting levels of the members in the guild, or the known potions of an alchemist (to avoid the other members of the guild selling or throwing items the guy is looking for) ? Maybe I'm only dreaming, but I'm sure something can be done, and that a XML/VBA/... programmer will try to do something ! :)

I use my ADA(analogue data assistant)AKA a pen and paper, if your guild is huge, a spreadsheet?
