Where to look depends on faction and class, if you are horde check the lake outside undead city in that giant lake, allaince check wetlands or darkshore. as a note... this stuff spawns under the water, i had thought it rare untill I made a druid(angry sealion form dose wonders), it is out their and in abundance usualy just a lil harder to get, undead alchemest have a lil more love in this one... they dont need air as often so getting it is much less difficult...so so so eazy with aquatic form though.

There is a named mob in Gnomeregan named Viscious Fallout. He has a chance to drop a staff that gives waterbreathing when equipped. Excellent tool for any kelp farmer. :)
