I just want to know what I need to do to become an official Armorsmith. I spoke to the Expert in Ironforge, he sent me to some goblin in Booty Bay, who says I need to impress him. But how? There is no quest in the log that leads me to where I need to go.

Thanks for the info in advance, I tried looking through the forums and browsed various quest pages to no avail.
