Poisons for RoguesFollow

Hello,

First class site I'd just like to say:)

My problem is I'm a level 22 Night Elf Rogue. I've tried to learn a crippling poison from a trainer (Darnassus, 28s, rank 1 - level 20 required) but It won't let me do it. My prof's are leatherworking and skinning and secondary fishing and first aid.

Do I need to unlearn something or do a quest....?
