Where can i learn to make Goblin Rocket Fuel? And which is better to specialize in, Gnomish or Goblin?

Become a goblin engineer, that lets you buy the recipe to make the goblin rocket fuel recipe, which is itself an Alchemist recipe.
Give it to your alchemist friend along with the materials and I'm sure they'll make some for you.
Or, you can sit in Ironforge spamming the trade channel asking to buy some. As a gnome engineer that was how I got the 2 I needed to make a dragon.
As far as which is better, check out this site...

They both have their pluses like gnomes have the Gnomish Death Ray and Goblins have Pet bombling and goblin land mine and goblin rocket helm and stuff so it is up to you tho. good luck on picking the right one
