Armour / Weapsmith where?Follow

Hi!

I've searched through these forums, and i'm sorry if i've missed it, but where can i learn Armour / Weaponsmithing? What req in BS do i need to learn them?

I'm currently @ skill 277 BS.. Using the plans obtained @ gadgetzahn to elevate my BS skill.. (The thoruim ones) What skill in BS do i need to obtain either Weaponsmithing or Armoursmithing? and can i have any of these if i specialize in Axe/Sword/Macesmithing?
