Changing Skills....Follow

A interesting question i have to ask.. may be a silly one but ive seen worse on here..

About changing skills....

Currently leather worker with dragonscale LW speciality. Annoying the crap out of me at the mo and thinking of taking another trade skill. I was wondering.. if i remove my leather working and then perhaps later on get it back (dont know why just hypothetically) will i still have access to all of the items i previously had? or will it be to start from scratch again.

Be interesting to know as im the highest LWer in the guild and enjoy making stuff for fellow guildies..
