I'm told that the Artesian Leatherworking trainer is in Feathermoon. My question is, what path would I take (alliance) to get there. Wouldn't I have to go thru Horde territory to reach the trainer?
Any detailed help on how to get there safely would be appreciated.

The Alliance Artisan leatherworking trainer is in Darnassus. The Master leatherworking trainer is in Aerie Peak in the Hinterlands.

Altiera is right. The leather person in Feathermoon, Pratt, is for the Wild Leather patterns/quests.
You can catch a boat from Menethil to Auberdine. Then catch a boat from Auberdine to Darnassus to get to the Artisan leather trainer.

I know there is one in Darnassus, but I think there may be one in Stormwind.
