where should i go to level my fishing past 150? and which areas aswell when i get higher?
Booty Bay in Stranglethorn Vale for buying the expert fishing book, it's also a good place to fish (use a lure though). When you hit 225 and level 40 go to Theramore and find the fishing quest on a nearby island. I've found Steamwheedle Port to be a good place to fish after skill 225, also try Verdantis River in Feralas.
