dropping mining... good idea?Follow

im a level 51 warrior (gnome) on the shadow moon server and i now have 295 smithing and tend to buy my mats for lvls and for making gear for freinds/selling... my mining is only 270 and i was thinking of dropping it for enchanting, i know at 275 i can mine rich thorium and possible get items like arcante crystals so should i hold on and then farm rich thorium or drop it and make some money in the enchanting and ench mat selling business? ideas? comments?
