How do I know what to charge for enchants?

You can go by a reference like this http://www.crimson-eagles.org/prof_recipes.php?prof=5 or you can opt to use current Auction House pricing on your server plus a suitable uplift charge for your time. Some enchanters do it for free if they get a skill upgrade for it and the customer brings their own enchanting materials.
