I've achieved the Gnomish Engineering Society card from Booty Bay, and when speaking to Jhordy Lapforge, he doesnt give me the option to learn/make anything related to his teleporter.
Is the recipe something you get for renewing membership? Is it dropped(ugh)? Who trains it? Please advise !

The Gnomish engenering transporter is in Tanris in gadget, you get it from the gnome staning next to the teleporter looking thing.
The gnome standing next to the teleporter is Jhordy Lapforge and he doesnt offer me anything. Is there a minimum skill level?
Honestly dont have a awnser, my buddie is 300, he walked up and I saw him falsh as if he lerned a new skill, it was that simple.

I've heard that you can get it lower but I don't believe I was able to get it til 275-280 skill
You need to be 260 Gnomish Engineer to learn the beacon.

You have to met a minimum engineering skill to use it.

I know this has almost nothing to do with this thread but at what lvl do you get to choose what type of engineering you are?

200 or 220 to be eligible to choose a specialisation. Its been a while since I played my engineer, but its around that, if I remember correctly.

Its 200 skill to specialize, gnomish gets quest in booty bay, goblin in Gadgetzan(Tanaris).
