I went though the list of enchants and I found no enchants for:

Waist
Legs
Shoulders
Head
{all jewely/trinkets}

is that right?

I thought I saw +100 health on one players leggings but I dont see an enchant for it here...

I found that the +100hp to legs was from a quest called:

"Libram of Constitution quest"

After completing the quest you can apply 100hp to your helm or legs...(lvl55)

...still would like a definite yes or no on the other armor, thx.
