I have Blacksmithing, Is there anyway that I can unlearn it and pickup mining? Thanks
If you only have blacksmithing, then you can still get mining as well (what else would you have to go with blacksmithing? :-P)
If you have some other profession as well, hit k and select the unlearn button next to blacksmithing

Correction: you need to select blacksmithing on the page that comes up when you hit k. Then the unlearn button is on the bottom-right hand side of the screen

Thanks for your input, I have Blacksmithing and Engineering. I am think of possibly dropping Blacksmithing so that I don't have top buy the raw materials.
Yeah, probably a good idea. Otherwise that has got to be hella expensive. I mean, Engineering is already doesn't make money, so yeah, gathering your own materials is probably a btter option.
