Stag Meat/Crawler ClawFollow

Hi :)

I have plenty of Stag Meat & Crawler Claws, and no recipes....does anyone know where the recipes can be found? This is my second character (both Horde) and I've had no luck with either of them.

Or if you don't want to give the answer away, could you point me in the right direction, please?

the recipe for the stag meat is called- Lean Venison and the recipe can be bought from a vendor in ashenvalle and/or desolace

the recipe for crawler claw is called-cooked crab claw and is a drop only recipe

as far as i know both these recipes are available to both factions
