How do you learn to smelt Dark Iron? Is there a level or skill requirement? Does anyone Have an answer or know a link where I can find this out.
A quest deep inside BRD - need 20 gold, 10 truesilver, and 5 star rubies (iirc), hand em in to one of the seven ghosts.
and once you learn HOW to smelt it, the ONLY place to smelt it is deep in BRD past the seven ghost room, near where you get tthe core fragment for the attunement to the core quest.

Is there a level requirement and a certain Blacksmith skill you need to be at?
couldn't answer that, i was both 300 and lvl 60 when i got it.

I obtained the ability to smelt dark iron at level 50, i was and am not still at 300 BS.
