I would advice buying it off the AH.. farming for spells like this is pretty inaffective.

Just buy it off the AH. They usually are pretty cheap as they are a low level green drop. I personally got mine off a mob somewhere on Tendrasil (sp?) before I even got to Darnassus. I was planning on being an engineer anyway, so I kept it for future use.

In other words,the recipe is a randow world drop.So you can't really farm it.
