cant get above 75/75 TaloringFollow

ok , found the problem , so all you ppl who get stuck and your character wont lvl there Taloring anymore , need to be lvl 10 to get Journeymans status, 20 for Expert status and 30 for Artisain.I think this is silly but oh well , P.S. if my figuring is wrong about the required lvl's to raise the craft please post the correct ones , thx all
