When can i specialise in leatherworking (tribal ect)Follow

Ive got a lvl 44 tauren druid and i found the dragonscale guy in badlands and he was ready to give me the quest but the tribal guy in STV wouldnt and i want to go tribal

ps. where is the elemental one?

this didnt help me much ive done the wild leather quest 239 leatherworking and im lvl 45 what else must i do?
do i have to do the mark of quality quest in ferelas?

If you've done the quest then I guess you should go make some cool stuff. After a certain point, the trainer will no longer be able to teach you things to make. You will have to find patterns that drop off random mobs or buy them from the AH (which could be costly).

The quest for elemental leatherworking is a little high for my 43 so I'm waiting a little while, which means I have no experience and can't really tell you what to expect.
