Unlearn ProfessionsFollow

Go to where you'd equip your character. Click the tab that says 'skills' at the bottom (like where it shows your weapon skills, tradeskills, etc).

Find the tradeskill and click the little '0' with a '/' through it next to the progress bar.

It will ask if you want to unlearn this prfession.
