its a pain to get ive yet to get one but my friend got it so i just give him the supplies and he makes them. good luck in your search
It’s a lucky drop in the Barrens. After taking several characters questing through there I finally had it drop when I started on a new server. The timing was rather good really. But I wouldn’t recommend anyone farm for it. Your best chance is to watch your local auction house and maybe go to the Barrens and ask if anyone has a copy for sale.
For horde charicters, I know I got this recipie as a quest reward for WC. The quest giver is in the little cave over the entrance. there were other chioces, but recipies are forever, level 20 equipment is good to level 25. Mabe.
If you've never been to the cave I speak of, then climb the mountain from the gold road side, drop down onto the righthand ledge above the entrance to WC as you face south, there are 2 questgivers and a merchant inside. There is no reason to pay 40 gold for a random buff, unless you dig looking like a pirate that much.
