I'm now lvl 38 I've trained everything she had available now my skill is at 270. The trainer says that she has a task I must complete for her before she will teach me more. She never gave me a task am I too low lvl? or is this something that doesn't work yet?

Gotta be level 40, I think...

I know most tradeskills require level 40 to get the quest that allows you to go up to a skill of 300.

If I am wrong, someone is bound to correct me.

I don't know of a task. The alchemy recipes that are "trainer" bought only go up to 250 skill required to learn. You're already past that point so you should have everything available.

Everything else you can learn is either limited quantity on a vendor somewhere, a drop, a special vendor you need faction to buy from, etc...

I'm 300 alchemy skill and level 60 and don't recall an alchemy quest. Now I need to run back to feathermoon and check! :-)

Hi

I am lvl 41 and have the same problem I was offered a mission but never given one. The only way I have made it past 250 Alchem is by buying recipies - really sucks as some of these cost 10+ Gold, and even when I make the new potions only get 2-3 Alchm XP before they top out

Made 40 of the top Potions I could make and got ONE XP cost two weeks of Herb gathering in areas 10 levels above me - near suicide.

Any help on how I can progess - gratyefully recieved, my Herbilism is 296

Yettiwoman - Pallidin - alway happy to Help, Heal, or Group, just ask if you see me on line.

My leatherworker had to have a skill level of 275 to get the additional quest to finish off her tribal leatherworking, she got 2 recipes and was then able to 'learn' some others that, although they were tribal, she couldn't 'learn' until she did that quest. I just happened onto the quest giver at the outpost in Thalanaar. I wasn't aware that there was another quest past the wild armor quests to specialize in tribal leatherworking.

There are plenty of potions and elixirs that can keep you going well past 275. {Major Healing Potion} {Elixir of Greater Agility} and a few more. I'll let you know when I can log on >< .
