I got lvl 150 in cooking (expert) and i'm trying to lvl up my skill to get new receipes... Some player told me i need a book for that ? What for a book - where can i find it ?

You do need a book; for the Alliance, it can be bought from the Silverwing Outpost place in Ashenvale. I'm not sure if the Honored bonus applies to the Sentinels or not, since the book has been around since long before Battlegrounds showed up ^_^
By the way, on the left is a button that has "List of Trainers"; that will tell you where to go as well, I bet ;-)
