Wow, getting this recipe is driving me up a wall! I can't seem to find Himmick anywhere. So for the past hour I have sat by Qia in Winterspring hoping she will spawn this recipe.
Does Qia really carry this recipe? Who kidnapped Himmick? I have searched Winterspring, Dustwallow, and Un'goro for him. Maybe I am just blind.

Ok, I did finally find Himmick! He is in the Inn at Winterspring, near the back by the rack of meats. He tends to blend in a bit.
Qia didn't spawn this recipe for me. I did see all the other recipes she has to offer though.

If I remember correctly you can buy the Monster Omelet recipe from a vendor next to the flight path in Felwood. It’s a standard item so there’s no waiting for it to spawn.

I should say I saw it when playing on the alliance side. The elves might not be so accomadating to the horde.

the horde gets soooo screwed on recipes its not even funny.
