Hey im starting to get interested in enchants and ive already picked out the enchants for my weapons i just need now to know what good ones are out there for armor and Shields. And why ones are better than others. Thank in advance
chest piece place armor: +100 hp, shield probably want either stamina or block%
In general if you're talking about plate then that makes you a tank so you are either going to want +hp or +fr depending on the item and what you want to use it for.

Gonna go out on a limb here, but FR=Fire resist NOT frost resist.
And as far as why ones better than the other. I would just look up enchanting and whats available. Gonna be kinda ahard to tell you whats best for you. I mean you are the one who plays your character right? So in the time it took you to post ur message ....blah blah blah..feel me?

enchants? i get +40 armor on what ever i can :/

back +armor or + resist
