Where is the best place to get silver and gold? I have a 41 pally and have hit badlands and desolace. I can't find any good silver mines. Any ideas, I am willing to go to areas a little higher than my current level, I can bring a couple of high levels with me if needed.

If you are on a PvE server and Alliance, or a any server and Horde, Thousand Needles is a wonderful place to find ore. You find everything from Copper to Truesilver, and the highest enemies are mid-30s. Silver is a rare tin spawn, and gold is a rare iron spawn; and both tin and iron are the most common ores in this area. So, just run around; they appear randomly.
You can try this as Alliance on a PvP, but if low-levels see you, they usually call in high-level help. Youch!

Hello,
If I would look for Iron or Silver ore, Arathi Highlands would be the best place for it. There are ussualy some veins around the Ogre "mountain" somewhere in the middle and there are alot of veins around the edges of the land. Good luck mining.
