I was at lvl 220 for the longest time now i am 221 only because i found a person with a locked steel box. I cannot find any place that gives me levels for lockpicking at this point and it is so dam frustrating knowing i need only 4 more levels. I went to Sm and picked those doors forever and they just came to a dead halt at lvl220............. dont know why but they are still yellow but wont let me level............
Please help!

You should be able to go to any rogue trainer after u click him once he/she will have an option of asking where to get your LP up based on your level.
