Enchanting procs on proc weaponsFollow

Hello.

I was wondering if you can enchant a weapon that already has a "chance on hit" effect with an additional "chance on hit" effect, such as Fiery Weapon.

If so: Are there any stacking problems or do they work individually?

There were some stacking problems with these sort of effects in WC3. I know it's not the same game but maybe they didn't make it work this time around either.

Would it be better to get a fixed bonus like Impact or Strength on a weapon with a "chance on hit" effect?

only thing i know that dont work is if u enchant a weapon with an enchant that glows, and the weapon allready has a glow, some weapon glows will over power the enchants, and u wont see the glow from the enchant, but if it has a proc, and u put like fiery on it, they both should work still, but if it has a glow allready chances are u wont see the orange/red glow of fiery weapon enchant
