im alliance at 240/240 of gnomish engineering (expert). how do i get artisan so my max gets to 300? i have my membership card. ive talked to like all of the master trainers. ive learned every schematic trainers can teach you. and yet none of them give me an option to learn artisan. is there a specific npc that will teach me it?
