Depends on your level. I'm 230+ at lvl 38, but I need to go into the Uldaman instance to learn new skills after 230.

If you had all the materials, you could get to 300 in a day, just by re-enchanting stuff over and over.

Big waste of money though.

There's 3 ways of doing it:

1) Never develop enchanting. Just do disenchanting, sell the materials for cash on AH. Works nicely as it eliminates listing costs you have pretty much zero development cost. Shards sell on AH for a lot more than what Bind on Pickup rare items sell to vendors for.

2) Level enchanting slowly as you progress through levels. Disenchant what you find (drops, useless quest rewards etc) and use the materials to enchant equipment for yourself, friends or paying customers. Expect this to take months of gameplay unless you've got a great guild supplying items to you for disenchanting.

3) Power-level the enchanting profession. Buy all your materials at the Auction House (either dust/essence/shards or just buy uncommon/rare items and disenchant them yourself. Power level to 225 skill and make sure your character is level 35. Go to Uldaman, bring lots of materials. Buy all the formulas from the trainer in the instance (level up to 250 while you are there). Go check the Auction House for high level enchant formulas which will be yellow/orange (ie good/guaranteed skill-up) on your path from 250 to 300. Spend hundreds of gold to power-level the last 50 points. If you are level 35+ and very wealthy this can be done in a day.
