Missing weapon enchant?Follow

Ok, I've only been playing for about a year and I'm just doing my first Enchanter. Looking over the list of enchantments both here and on Thottbot, it looks like there is one missing. 2-H weps have five damage enchants; Minor +2 at 100, Lesser +3 at 145, +5 at 200, Greater +7 at 240 and Superior +9 at 295. 1-H weps only appear to have four; Minor +1 at 90, Lesser +2 at 140, Greater +4 at 245 and then Superior +5 at 300. The odd thing is, I've seen numerous references to a 1-H +3 wep enchant, even so far as saying it was level 195, but I can't seem to find it. I'm currently at work so I can't run out to my Artisan Enchanter trainer and check for it (my Enchanting is currently only 164) but I was hoping somebody could shed some light on this so I don't go crazy until 5:30!

The word I get on other forums is that there is an Enchant Weapon - Striking, +3 bonus and learned from trainer at 195. I still have yet to get over to Stormwind to check with the Artisan Trainer in the tower outside, but I just farmed to do some leveling so I'll be headed over there right off.
