Does anyone have a good website to show which vendors out and about have special higher level schematics for sale. I am a higher level engineer now but am tired of seeing the same old stuff for sale in the AH. Please advise and thanks.

Try "Trade Skills - By Trade" on the bar to the left on this page. It should link you to all of the available schematics. It the plans are in white, they are available from a vendor - click on the plan to find out where.
