Unlearning ability ??Follow

Hello i have question i have problem i dont know if i can unlearn fishing ?? My first profinency is skining and second is leatherworking but in quest wchich i get in darkshore npc has learned me profinency how i can unlearn it ??? if i look in caracter -> abilities -> i click on fishing and there is no place to cancel ability like it is at skining or leatherworking.
And second problem i can not delete pet wchich i dont want to have how can i do this can you help me ???

Like OmnimenoJason has stated Fishing is a secondary skill in which you can have as many as you want. This does not mean that you have to fish, although as a hunter..... (I am assuming you are a hunter since you said you had a pet and were questing in darkshore) fishing can help to feed your pet if he/she eats fish

For your pet, just select your pet, right click on his portrait and select abandon. As a hunter you can have up to 3 pets if you keep two in the stable. Here are some good pet links for you to look at if you are interested in finding a pet that you like and abilities for your pet:
