Wether or not it is a repeat question do you get a thrill out of being rude? If you dont want to help dont respond but dont be a jerk about it either. It really makes you look immature.
I think you misunderstand. We do want to help; that's why these forums exist. At the same time, if someone can't look up information by themselves or repeats questions that have already been answered, then they're wasting space.
The OP had a valid question, but the thread like 3 threads down answered his question with like 90% accuracy.
"1) Where is the trainer in uldaman?"
was answered with
"she spawns when you kill the scorps on the east side of the instance(south/east)
You CANNOT solo this at your level "
There was nothing rude in that part, and it wasn't a repeat question. However...

2) How can i make sure i never have to go to her again? (im prepared to spend like 12g on it)
WAS answered in the other thread.

so after you get to level 35, you will need to come up with i think(it coudl be more, but i know it is not less) 10 gold(leaning twards 15), This will make sure you never have to come back. now to get all she has to offer you need to level form 225-250 right next to her, and for that, you have a few choices.
@ 220 you learn Enchant Bracer - Greater Spirit, it uses Lesser Nether Essence x3,Vision Dust, and will reliabley give you skillups though 235. beyond that you will learn Enchant Boots - Agility it uses 2x Greater Nether Essence(youch), ride that for 10 skill ups, and it is Enchant Bracer - Greater Stamina time this guy can be rode form 245-250 and takes 5 x dream dust each.
Their may be cheaper ways( but this one worked for me, and used the mats I could get cheap(or free). As for Solo, Wishfull thinking, at level 60 my lock can walk up and take the pile of mobs you have to kill to get the trainer spawned. For personal knowlage, she is in the south east part of the insance, you have to kill a few sets of scops for her to come out.
This question was already answered. More than that, it went into depth on what materials the enchanter will probably need, rather than just gold. The materials + recipe cost will be more than 12 gold, there is no doubt.
Since more than half the question was already answered, hence the attitude.
By the way, I think I'll add the "enchanting quest" to the Trade Skill Sticky ^_^ That way, if anyone has this question again, we can just refer them to that!
