Kinda wondering what Engineers will be able to put in it,,Alch and Entchant bags only allow direct mats,,,,just herbs and disenchant mats,,,won't allow other matts used in formula's.
Would have been nice if Enchanting Rods and empty flasks could have been carried in them.

There are alchemy bags? I thought they were herbalism... it would make sense that vials and potions cannot be carried.
All the runed rods can be carried in an enchanting bag, and--oddly enough--recipes for enchanting items also can be carried in the bag. I am not sure if the same is true for an herb bag (that it will hold recipes), however, but I would think so.
The only problem with bags are they are pretty expensive. I mean... it's about 20g for a 20 slot profession bag... while you can get a 16 slot backpack for around 14-17g (or at least in my server you can). I realize that this saves a lot of trouble sorting and locating herbs, but truly, it doesn't help me very much. I always find myself out of bagslots before i fill up my profession bag, thus going to town and selling.
Any word if you can put your philosophers stone in there (transmute stone)? I dont know if i got the name right.
I highly doubt it. Note that it is an HERBALISM bag. Not an ALCHEMY bag. Therefore, you should not be able to put anything besides what you harvest from an herb node in the bag.
With enchanting, everything goes, as enchanting includes disenchanting.

In my opinion, the only profession bags worth having are 20 and 24 slot bags as they add a significant amount of storage space over the standard 14 or 16 slot bags. But even so, I don’t carry any of them on my characters. Standard bags work perfectly well for the average adventure. Where these bags shine are as additional storage in the bank. I always have more herbs and enchanting supplies than can be held in one bag and often two bags. So any additional storage is a good thing. Hopefully skinning bags will also be available soon.
