How do you harvest this node when there is no land to stand on to cast fishing line? Is out in the middle of the bay of storms.
It's not a fishing node. It's the point where you summon MAWS, a raid boss which must be defeated to acquire the blue scepter shard in the quest line to open the gates of Ahn'Qiraj .
