Fishing Top out?Follow

All skills "top out" (we say cap, usually :-D) at 300, not counting additional points. Fishing is no different than any other secondary profession; at level 150, you need to buy a book, and at 225, you need to do a quest. The book is sold by Old Man Heming in Booty Bay (the bottom level of it, right above the water). I think it's called Expert Fishing. Not positive.

PS: I think you need level 20 to use the book. I know you need level 35 to get the quest.
