enchanting past 160

I can't seem to find a way to increase my skill cap for enchanting past 160. I am 156 now and have made the runed golden rod. I have talked to the expert enchanters in the undercity, silvermoon, and Orgimmar and I can't get more training for anything. I am a level 22 Pally could this be the reason?

You have to go to Sun Rock Retreat in Stonetalon Mountains. To find out where he is, search for 'Artisan Enchanter' in the search box on your left in Allakhazam. Look for Hgarth. You will find him up a path to your right as you enter Sun Rock. Happy Searching (took me a little to find him :))

you should be able to get up to 225 just by enchanting items. If you are short on Yellow and Orange lvling receipes then go search the AH! thats what I did.
