it isn't a book, you go back to where you learned heavy mageweave, runecloth, and then runecloth bandages and learn it from the trainer there.

Although (sadly) I do not know the location for Alliance the Horde is in Arathi Highlands I believe.

Alliance First Aid trainer is in Theramore. For the Horde, the trainer is in Arathi.

If you want to get your FA from 300 to 301 you need to visit the Temple of Telharnat in north-west hellfire peninsula. There is a trader, Burko, who sells the books you need.

That Triage quest has to be the MOST annoying one in the game!!!

The first time I did the Triage quest, I ran around like a mad man and was quickly pi$$ed to find that I didn't complete it. The next time I tried, I just stood in one spot, closer to the back and in the middle. Then, I simply spun and bandaged, spun and bandaged, ... Complete! - He teaches Mageweave and Heavy Mageweave.

As far as I know, the Runecloth and Heavy Runecloth bandages come from books, and in order to get passed 300, you need the "Is there a doctor in the house" book.

The OP isn't clear.

Getting your cap to 300 or getting training beyond 300(375 cap)?

Oh and this is SPARTA!

Sorry, my mistake. The Triage quest gets you to 300, and it gets you mageweave and heavy mageweave. Then to get above 300, you need Master First Aid: Doctor in the House (book) which takes you to 375. In addition, there are also books for Netherweave and Heavy Netherweave. The rough part is, in order to read the book you have to have a skill of 330 (Netherweave) and 360 (Heavy Netherweave), and at around 305 your current bandages go green, so you have to make an s_load of them to get to 330. Have fun!

Thanks for the information. I have tried doing that triage quest several times. And failed.

The trick on the triage, as someone else said is to find a central location and reduce the need to run from patient to patient as much as possible. I found it more challenging on alliance side than horde side (but that was mainly because there was a moron in the room running around obstructing my vision). Also, put your bandages on a hot key, and once you start bandaging one patient you can click on the nex patient so you can stay one step ahead.

Also make sure you look out for the critically injured and badly injured ones before you take care of any of the standard "injured" ones.
The less serious ones last a lot longer without croaking!
