Profession switch?Follow

Hey i'm have a lvl 42 rogue with 180 LW/265 Skinning, and i'm wondering whether to get rid of leatherworking and get enchanting since i can farm SFK, BFD, and the other low lvl instances for mats. I have a 25 mage who also is an enchanter and i'm thinking this might create a problem for him b/c of less mats for his enchanting. He is approx. lvl 170 enchanting
