felsteel shield spike questionFollow

Okay so maybe I'm just suffering from extreme sleep depravation, but have been grinding rep on pally for quite a while. Question is, isn't thrallmar strictly for horde? I ask because I can only find the felsteel shield spike there, so do alliance get it? Love to get this for my tanking pally shield
