I know that Enchanting is good for making money, but how much would it cost on average to level it to 275? Thanks.

It isn't any good for making money.

DISenchanting is a great money source, but everything will either be farmed mats or bought ones up to ~325 with actual Enchanting.

It can be very cheap or terribly expensive depending on your situation. Do you have a high level toon that can farm instances for stuff to DE? Do you have buddies that can run you through stuff letting you shard the drops to powerlevel your skill? If the answer is no then it will not be cheap unless you are very patient about getting that skill up. My mage is level 65 and still at just below 300. I could be much higher but I don't want to spend a ton of cash.

Yeah, I have a level 70 hunter to farm. I don't really plan on doing enchanting, I want to do dis enchanting for money.

Since you have a provider it shouldn't cost much at all, just some time. Run lowbie instances and give all the BOE stuff to the enchanter. Keep doing that and there will be very little outside of training, that you have to buy. The higher level rods get a little pricy but for the level you are shooting for an arcanite rod should be the last one you need.

The highest rod you need to get to 275 is only truesilver.

In order to be able to disenchant everything, you really should be shooting for 300 skill. You won't need it often, but I've come across low priced L70 purples that wouldn't have been able to be disenchanted at 275.
