I'm at 375 in tailoring at the moment shadow spec. If i drop shadow spec. Do i keep me tailoring at 375 or i'll have to lvl tailoring again? I want to craft my fire set

As far as I know, you keep your skill, pay 150g and then do the quest for the new spec.

You do not need to do the quest for the new spec, you just learn it for 20g (after paying the 150g unlearning fee).
Remember that you will be unable to use the other gear after you switch.
