Hi im new to WoW and recently learned Tailoring as one of my skills. I learned how to make boots and so on but for the boots you need leather to make them. Does anyone know where i can find/buy this because as i said im new to this and cant find anyone tht sells it lol. Thanks in advance.

You can either learn Skinning and get the leather yourself, or check the auction house for some.

Like all the primary professions, you go to a trainer. When in a capital city, ask a guard for directions, and they will list all the professions and where to go to train. You can only have 2 primary professions, along with all the secondary ones.
