is there a Patteren i could rep grind for // farm for that has Simple mats that will level me from 360 - 370 or 375?
If you are honored with the Sha'tar you can pick up the pattern for Drums of Battle which should take you from 365 - 375 at a minimum of cost. I'm not really sure what you could go for from 360 - 365 but I'm sure there's something.
There's another set of drums, I think from Keeper of Time rep, that will take you to 365.

After the drums were made into a viable path to 375, I cursed all the gold and time wasted on Primal Mights to make those damn Riding Crops.

you can never have too many drums lol. and they stack with each other since make different ones and use them all the time. They are an amazing source for a little extra boost to stuff like boss fights
I never got drums to stack, and there are 6 in guuild bank taking up slots.
I think he meant the effects stack.
Drums of Panic from Time gets you to 375 easy (requires 370) It's easy to get the required faction to get the pattern: run old hillsbrad and black morass. Both are needed if you're doing karazhan key quest anyway.
I always carry a few drums of panic for pvp. Nothing like shooing an annoying touchy-feely rogues to get me a little head start. Panic effect lasts 2 seconds but it's enough for me to break free of any movement impairment, cyclone the fleeing rogue, shift to cat form, and dash away. Also helped me in flag runs in both WSG and EoTS to break up the mobbing mass

I personally created the Clefthoof pattern's that you get with Cenarion Rep, means a lot of Clefthoof Leather but it made me my 375 skill points!
