Well I just got my skinning to 370. How can I make good money from it? What type of leather is needed that I can skin. Like make 10g a stack of something easy to make.
nothing easy about it but good money at your level are heavy clefthide and cobrascales. Very good money and not hard to farm and drop rates are fair. off the bulls, 15-20% gets a clefthide and 1 scale off a pair of the cobras.
Big hint on cobra scales, although they don't drop as much, you might want to grind these guys. http://wow.allakhazam.com/db/mob.html?wmob=23026
The snakes don't agro you, and the only other mobs there are birds that run away from you and don't attack. Make a route and you can stay there an hour or two not running into anyone else just skinning.

I would have said anything you skin in outland would be worth gold farming but that depends on your server prices , the best way is to check the auction house prices as it may just be easier and faster to farm lower level skins depending on what you find prices are like , i have not tried those cobra scales yet though and they might be a good bet ?
On my server quite often the higher skins flood the market and the price crashes but the level 50 ish skins always seem to sell fast .

Nagrand is your friend.
The bulls there are good to farm, and are worth a pretty penny. Stacks of clefthide are 40G on my server and up...

Well, here's what I sell from skinning to make some decent cash.
Note: Prices are from my server, mileage may very.
thick clefthoof leather from Clefthoof Bulls in Nagrand, usually sells for 75-80g a stack.These can also be found off of the Ellek in SMV.
Heavy Knothide Leather This requires that you be 325 in LW. The pattern to learn this comes from the LW supplier in Shat. Usually sells for 40-50g a stack.
Wind Scales I usally farm these in BEM from Scalewing Serpentusually sell for 40-50g a stack.
Nether Dragon ScalesAlso farmed in BEM from Lesser Nether Drake sell for 40-60g a stack.
Cobra Scale These I usually sell for 15-20g each scale.
Then there are your cheaper leathers and scales:
Crystal Infused Leather
Fel Scales
Fel Hide
All which usually go for 10-20g a stack
