Check out the list of engineering recipes here at Allakhazam. Click on the ones you want and see whether its trainable, you can just buy it at a vendor,or you have to farm a particular mob until it drops.

If you're talking about the new engineering goggles, the recipes drop from Sunwell trash. They're BoE however, so expect to see them sometime in the future in the AH for obnoxious amounts of money.

There's a bunch of them. Here's a list of them, they're the epic recipes at the top.
They're upgrades on existing goggles and are ~T6 quality. Pretty awesome stuff if you can get the recipes.

Yeah you're probably not going to see it on the AHs at all for probably 2 months or so, and then the first few at least I predict will cost anywhere between 2000 and 5000g
